After weeks of lockdown and travel restrictions the road is now open onto Barry Island and car park restrictions are lifted.
Local residents, living within 5 miles of Barry are now able to spend the day on the beach and the lifeguards are back to protect them.
Bike and Scooter lovers unite once again. For the first time for weeks biker friends and mods meet up on Barry Island Promenade for a socially distanced get together.

The access road onto Barry Island is open again and car parking restrictions have been lifted after weeks of lockdown.
With the sun shining, the residents of Barry flock to the beach to enjoy each others company and breathe in the fresh summer air. The Rumba Bar is serving cocktails and beer as part of their take away service. The grass opposite becomes the biggest public beer garden in South Wales!
